Integrative Mental Health Supervision & Consultation

Support for wellness providers and clinicians seeking to integrate mind-body-spirit frameworks into their practice. Sessions offer guidance on trauma-informed care, embodied healing, case consultation, and nervous system-aware supervision.

Integrative Individual Therapy

A trauma-focused psychotherapy that integrates mind, body, and spirit to support deep, sustainable healing for Maryland and Washington, D.C residents. Our integrative approach blends science-backed modalities and may include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), meditation, guided imagery, clinical hypnosis, nutrition-informed interventions, biofield therapies, and somatic movement. This approach is tailored to the individual and designed to address both the root causes and lived experience of trauma.


Insurance accepted: Blue Cross Blue Shield and JHHS EHP.

Insurance Not Accepted – Available Globally

Integrative Nutrition Consultation

Individual consultations focused on understanding how nutrition impacts mood, stress, and overall mental well-being. These sessions provide practical, personalized guidance and are designed to complement care provided by your medical provider. This service does not include psychotherapy or diagnosis.

Hypnosis Sessions

Clinical and applied hypnosis sessions offered on an a-la-carte basis to support stress reduction, anxiety management, emotional regulation, and habit change. Sessions are goal-oriented and designed to help clients access deeper states of focus and resilience. These sessions are not psychotherapy and do not involve diagnosis or insurance billing.

Somatic Experiencing

A body-based approach that supports nervous system regulation and restoration of mind-body balance. This modality is particularly helpful for individuals seeking a gentle, experiential way to release stored stress and trauma. No mental health diagnosis is provided, and services are self-pay only.

Pranic Healing

A no-touch energy healing modality that cleanses, energizes, and balances the body's energy system. Ideal for emotional issues ranging from stress to trauma and physical issues ranging from a headache to cancer. Offered as a standalone service or can complement other healing practices. Often a multi-session service.
