About the event
Unbound is a guided, heart-centered experience created to support you in releasing what has been placed on you—and returning to yourself.
Rooted in somatic healing and designed with and for the LGBTQ+ community, this gathering invites you into a space of truth, movement, and transformation. Together, we’ll gently explore what the body has been holding and open pathways for release, alignment, and intention. Through guided conversation, movement, and nervous system support, you’ll be invited to soften, feel, and alchemize—at your own pace.
What to expect:
• Engaging conversations about the effects of LGBTQ+ discrimination including naming emotions, reflecting, and setting intentions, to facilitate both releasing and receiving.
• Grounding and gentle somatic practices
